Project Title: Monte Carlo study on the annihilation photons transmitted from a water phantom irradiated

with Carbon-12 at varying energies for applications in Positron Emission Tomography (PET)

Duration: 11 months

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Perform simulation experiments following the work plan of the project;
• Coordinate with the graduate researchers and project leader for the implementation of the deliverable/s;
• Perform tasks such as data collection, data analysis, record keeping, etc;
• Prepare presentation materials for progress reports and project meetings;
• Participate in events and other activities (i.e. exhibits, meetings, seminars) necessary for the implementation of the project; and
• Perform other project-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
