Project Title: Factors affecting sustainable entrepreneurship after the pandemic: Did MSMEs turn a new leaf?

Duration: One (1) month (May 1-31, 2023)

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• With college degree, preferably with an experience of collecting data during his/her undergraduate thesis
• To act as research enumerators during data collection who will explain the objectives of the study and the procedure to the respondents, particularly the owners/key decision makers of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the HUCs of Mindanao.
• Assist respondents in filling out survey forms and explain/interpret items on survey forms that will assist the respondents in their understanding of the survey.
• Identify and report any issues that may arise while attempting to obtain valid data.
• Compile, record, and code information derived from survey forms into a predefined database.
• Ensure that the project leader/ supervisor is kept informed of completed assignments and progress.
• Attend online meetings or face to face meetings (once each week)
• Minimum requirements: Able to walk long distances; Strict attention to detail to collect and record data of the respondents; Prior work experience or relevant training and/or certifications as a research enumerator is preferred.
• Additional details:
• To minimize the traveling costs, the research assistants should reside in the following HUCs.
• Two (2) out ten (10) research assistants (enumerators) should be residing in Pagadian City (one of the research locales of the study)
• Two (2) out ten (10) research assistants (enumerators) should be residing in Davao City (one of the research locales of the study)
• Two (2) out ten (10) research assistants (enumerators) should be residing in Butuan City (one of the research locales of the study)
• Two (2) out ten (10) research assistants (enumerators) should be residing in General Santos City (one of the research locales of the study)
• One (1) out ten (10) research assistants (enumerators) should be residing in Cagayan de Oro City (one of the research locales of the study)
• One (1) out ten (10) research assistants (enumerators) should be residing in Iligan City (one of the research locales of the study)
