Project Title: Local Governance Capacity Development in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management:  A Comparative Case Study of the Local Governance in Iligan City and Cagayan de Oro

Duration: 10 months

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Conduct literature reviews on specific topics of interest related to the research project
• Sent out questionnaires to the respondents of the research
• Collect data through online surveys, interviews, focus groups, or other means
• Enter data using software such as SPSS or Excel
• Assist with the development and testing of research instruments, such as questionnaires or coding schemes
• Help in coding and analyzing data using qualitative methods
• Assist with manuscript preparation, including formatting references, proofreading, and creating tables and figures
• Help in the preparation of presentations or posters for conferences or other professional events
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with other members of the research team such as faculty and lecturers for any update of their tasks
