Title: Unveiling the anti-proliferative potential of Vaccinium
sp collected from Tublay Benguet Province, Philippines
Project Leader: Mylah V. Tabelin
Duration: 11 months (February-December)
Salary: Php 15,208.80/month
QUALIFICATIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least a
Bachelor’s Degree graduate;
- Well-versed
in the techniques of natural products and biotechnology;
- Knowledgeable
on plant morphology, molecular identification, phytochemical analysis, DPPH
assay, MTT assay, cell proliferation, and protein expression;
- Effective
data interpretation, organization, and presentation skills;
- Procure
necessary reagents and equipment for the implementation of the
project;
- Perform and
monitor experiments involved in the project;
- Assists in
the preparation of the progress/ accomplishment reports;
- Prepares
communication, financial documents (TO, DV, PR, JOR, etc.);
- Assists with
the maintenance of the equipment, preferably with experience in
histological and staining techniques;
- Write the
draft of the paper to be published in scopus-indexed journals;
- Performs
other tasks related to the project as assigned by the Project
Leader.
