CHED LAKAS Colorimetric Project

Salary:
Php 47,463.15/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development
Officer III will take in-charge of all accounting and financial matters
related to the project, prepare all the required procurement documents,
such as the PPMP, processing of quotations, etc.
- Facilitate
the processing of documents to the different offices, such as BAC, Supply
Office, Accounting, and HR Office
- Process the
DTR, Accomplishment reports, and other documents required by HR (for
processing the salary and other remunerations)
- Facilitate
the submission of any reports to CHED
- Coordinate
with the community for validation reports
- Report to the
PL on issues arising related to the project
- Attend all
meetings called by the PL (to discuss matters related to the
project)
Qualifications Standards:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the
job
- Training: 8 hours relevant training
- Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second-Level
