Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• At least a bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• Facilitates the transmittal and processing of documents to the different offices, such as BAC, Supply Office, Accounting, and HR office
• Assist in the preparation of required procurement documents
• Report to the Project Leader all issues arising related to the project
• Attend all meetings as requested by the Project Leader
