Vice President 鈥� Corporate Social Commitments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, implementation and monitoring TVI鈥檚
social commitments programs specially on projects involving communities
directly impacted by TVI鈥檚 business operations. The candidate is expected
to be the role model for TVI鈥檚 Social Commitments initiatives and shall
be responsible for providing training, coaching and guidance to
others.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Community
Development/ Social Science/Sociology, Urban Studies/Town Planning or
equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in planning and administration of
social and community development programs
- Proficient in Project Management and familiar with Corporate Social
Responsibility standards
- Proficient in conflict management and facilitating dialogue
- Candidate must be willing to visit project sites (Zamboanga del
Norte, Cebu, etc.)
