COTABATO SUGAR CENTRAL CO., INC, an established industrial firm located in Matalam, North Cotabato is presently looking for qualified applicants to join the team for its 2011 expansion. We are looking for dynamic and topnotch professionals to fill-up the following positions:

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FOR FACTORY OPERATIONS)

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics and Communication Engineer and Chemist;
• With very good scholastic records;
• With high leadership and supervisory skills;
• Computer Literate (MS Office, AUTOCAD, etc.);
• With good background in engineering design, research and development.

POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER

• Must be a licensed Chemical/Environmental Engineer; 
• With at least 2 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process;
• With technical adequacy and accreditation  on Waste Water Treatment Plant Operation;
• Must have good leadership qualities. Must be able to analyze, design and recommend quality improvement programs, computer literate and good in both oral and written communication. 

TECHNICAL STAFF (MECHANICAL)

• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer;  
• With at least 1-2 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process as well as waste management; 
• With very good scholastic records;  
• With high leadership and supervisory skills, computer literate with knowledge on AUTOCAD 
• With good background in engineering design, research and development

TECHNICAL STAFF (CIVIL)

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer;
• With at least 2-3 years experience in general servicing and  civil works principles, project planning, design and implementation;
• With ability to draft plans, prepare programs of works and cost estimates;
• Computer literate; with knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER/DCS PROGRAMMER

• Must be a Licensed ECE;
• With at least 3 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process;
• With technical adequacy in the field of automation systems and practical applications plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations;
• Must be able to analyze, design and recommend quality improvement programs and computer literate.

TQM (TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT)COORDINATOR

• Must be graduate of Industrial Engineering and other related course
• With at least 3 years experience or training in total quality management functions
• With at least 2 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process
• Computer literate and proficient in oral & written communication
• Must have good leadership qualities
• Self-motivated and can work under pressure with minimum supervision

PROACTIVE RELIABILITY MAINTENANCE STAFF

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with at least 2-5 years experience in mechanical plant maintenance and condition monitoring and with training in Proactive Reliability Maintenance Program 
• Requires a technical knowledge of mechanical systems, principles, safety measures and regulations
• Must be computer literate (AUTOCAD) and knowledgeable of Machine Analyst Software, Root-Cause-Failure Analysis and Resolution, and predictive maintenance software and can easily keep up with modern mechanical technology
