TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Technical Management Trainee will undergo training in various areas of plant operations to include but not limited to maintenance, production, terminal, finance, quality control, EHS/Food safety , and human resources. He is expected to demonstrate his/her capabilities to analyze and synthesize complex information.

The ideal candidate must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer, with at least 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production setting. He must be technically adept, complemented with strong administrative and management skills. He must be someone who has excellent people skills and can work independently. Furthermore, he should also be computer literate and WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY.
