Mondelez Philippines, Inc. is in need of

Category Management Officer

Accountabilities:

• Spot opportunities on Category Management projects in Modern Trade account; projects such as Category/Brand Merchandising and Hotzone Must-Stock List
• Recommend next steps based on category, customer and shopper data in Modern Trade accounts
• Implement finalized Category Management projects in accounts
• Track performance and evaluate success of projects using joint scorecarding & 5S model
• Assess efficiency and best practices of current merchandising deployment plan and recommend model to ensure effective sales resource development

Requirements:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business or Marketing other related courses
• Must have strong presentation skills
• Must demonstrate strong business sense as well as oral and written communication skills
• Must be knowledgeable in MS Office, namely MS Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
• Preferred to be logical, Able to recommend next steps based on quantitative and qualitative data
• Additionally know basic marketing concepts
