Human Resource Specialist (1 slot - Iligan)

The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Manager in coordinating and implementing policies and procedures in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, labor and employee relations and in other areas in Human Resource Management.

The job requires the following:

• 21 to 35 years old, no gender preference
• A graduate of BS Psychology
• Must know how to conduct interviews and keen to details
• Must be good in creating healthy interpersonal relationships with colleagues
• Must be knowledgeable in organizing and implementing employee related activities
• Willing to work on extended hours as needed
