Looking for an HR Specialist: Must/Preferred/Desired: - Male (apologies to ladies but the position requires that the employee will live on base)
- Have at least 2 years HR experience in the UAE
- In-Country (out-of-country applicants will have to be very exceptional to be accepted, but will not be overlooked)
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in the English Language
- Works well under pressure
- Has attention to detail
- Adept in computer and Windows Microsoft software (Excel, Word, outlook, internet)
- Very good in tracking applications of insurance
- Experience in Daman applications
Location: Zayed Military City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Benefits: - Monthly Salary: AED3,000.00 starting (will be awarded increase after probation period or 6 months after work)
- Annual Bonus: 13th month pay based on performance
- Food: Provided 3 times a day in dining facility
- Laundry: Provided on base free of charge
- Uniforms: Provided
- Accommodation: Provided on base
- Ticket: Provided, mobilization, demobilization and Annual (yearly) leave ticket to Home of Record or set cash-in-lieu amount

- Insurance: Daman Insurance and ADNIC Life Insurance Provided
- Working Days: 7AM – 4PM Sundays to Thursdays
- Weekend and Holidays: Fridays and Saturdays off, all declared UAE Holidays for private and public sector
The military base is currently housing over 700 employees from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Jordan, Philippines, India, Pakistan - among other countries. We have a recreation center which has a library, cinema, pool/pingpong tables, dart boards, and gym. We have basketball, cricket leagues and other ongoing events. We have 2 nurses on base, 2 Recreation attendants and 1 MWR Specialist. We have 2 dining halls – one for for Asian Meals and one for Arabic Meals. Please forward CVs to halibasa@altaif.ae.
