Procurement Sr. Officer

Primary Function:

• Procures materials and services at the lowest cost consistent with the quality and services required. 
• Maintains effective relationship with suppliers and requestors to ensure continuity of supply to support manufacturing schedule with minimum investment in materials inventory. 
• Uphold high ethical standard of conduct in dealing with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Business Administration / Engineering
• At least 3 years of procurement experience in an electronics / semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Must have excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have high level of integrity.

Design & Development Engineers

Primary Function:

• The position is responsible for driving new product introductions, new testing solutions, and major process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, or Applied Physics major in Electronics.
• Must have 1 to 2 years experience in electronic circuit design and analysis, and / or test engineering in an electronics / semiconductor or communications components design / manufacturing company.
• Experience in a high volume manufacturing and proficiency in Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing tools is a plus.
• Must possess broad technical knowledge in electronics and hardware design, digital and low power, low current analog electronics, with relevant programming experience. Use of LabVIEW and schematic capture & PCB layout CAD software  is a plus.  
• Must have fundamental knowledge of semiconductor physics, assembly processes and materials.
• Able to work in teams with diversified background.  
• With good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Chinese-speaking is an advantage.

Process Engineers

Primary Function:

• Drives manufacturing excellence and productivity through yield & quality improvement, process and technology advancement, new product and material qualification. 
• Uses six sigma approach to reduce variation, improve and control manufacturing processes to attain operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Applied Physics  graduate with over 2 years experience in high volume semiconductor assembly with experience in transfer molding process, designing / developing  toolings, jigs and fixtures. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have knowledge  in AutoCAD and/or any 3D mechanical design software  (ProE or Solidworks). 
• Must have a demonstrated track record that shows creativity in solving   technical manufacturing problems.
• Should have working knowledge  on Six Sigma process, root cause analysis, design of experiment and application of SPC to ensure process stability.
• With good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

Drafting Specialist

Primary Function:

• Produces engineering drawings from hand drawn or computer generated sketches, marked specifications, or general instructions from engineers and customers; also prepares technical drawings in AutoCAD or Pro-E formats that comply with international standards (i.e. ASME Y14.5; ANSI; GD&T).

Qualifications:

• BS Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology graduate with over 6months experience in semiconductor company.
• Proficient in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting & Design): AutoCAD and Pro-E (Both 2D and 3D)
• Knows CADD standard and drawing conventions.
• Good analytical skills.
• With good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
