Zamboanga del Norte Federation of Parents Association (ZNFePA), an affiliate of Christian Children’s Fund (CCF) – Philippines, is a non-sectarian, non-profit, non-government local organization based in Dipolog City and operating in the province of Zamboanga del Norte and working for the well-being of children; is currently in need of a development professional:

Position: FEDERATION MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER (Fed MEO)

Job Summary:

Lead the monitoring, evaluation and research work of the federation to support relevant and quality child-focused development projects/programs; responsible for the promotion of quality standards in monitoring, evaluation and research.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have university degree in statistics, social science or equivalent work experience in related field;
• At least 4 years experience in monitoring and evaluation;
• Good command in oral and written communication;
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and processes;
• Willing to travel in covered project areas.
