Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related field, such as courses in the Social Sciences and Statistics and Math. 
• Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation of results
• Advance computing skills in the use of SPSS and must have a licensed and working SPSS program.
• Preferred: Attended trainings on qualitative and quantitative data treatment and analysis. 
• Preferred: Good technical writing skills and able to express complex data through tables, charts and graphs. 
• Preferred: Advance computing and mathematical analysis skills.
• Preferred: Can work independently, resourceful and meets deadlines.
• Cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Identifying trends and relationships in data
• Designing presentations of research results and findings. 
• Communicating findings to research team
• Advising research team on how to use the results of the study.
