Overview

The Supply and Property Management Division (SPMD) is primarily responsible for the receipt, storage, distribution, and disposition of acquired supplies, materials, and equipment; proper inventory of all the property, plant, and equipment of the university; and prompt renewal of GSIS insurance and LTO registrations.

SPMD also serves as a repository of property-related documents such as land titles, vehicle records, LTO registration, firearms licenses, and employees' Property Acknowledgement Receipts (PAR) and Inventory Custodian Slips (ICS).
